責任哪、理念啊、想法、成就感……，比老闆還老闆的話，輕易地在他嘴間穿梭。

而且，通常受訪者會很緊張，不知道要說些什麼；歐卻能自導自演、琳瑯滿目的手勢，把你帶到採訪題目外的天馬行空。

其實，是很省力的採訪，我已經暗示要結束，他，還沒說完。

一日，他耗費了3000多銀兩，很開心地燙染了一顆酒紅色新浪潮的頭髮，孰料，來店裡上班，卻連客戶都嫌。因為頭髮實在太蓬鬆，大家就說，你不僅是一顆葡萄，還是一個葡萄王……。從此，善心的人就愛愛地叫他「葡萄ㄟ」，老闆對他有意見的時候，就喚他「葡萄王」。

( 我想，他的髮型設計師一定感到很冤 )

他速速換了一個設計師，又花了一大筆錢，這下學會，先惡狠狠跟設計師嗆聲：「你吶給我的頭沒弄好，我的嘴巴很大，我會給你到處宣傳。」

( 啊，就是你現在看到照片上的頭了……)

客人還是叫他”葡萄ㄟ”：「我昨天來樂加，怎麼沒看到你？你翹班吼。」

他不知道，客人根本不care他的頭髮。

喜歡他的客人還會跟他手機合照，有時跟客人寒暄得太愉快，聲量稍大，老闆，其實會有一點小頭疼。

他料理著客人的需求，在吧檯調製飲料，有點小小空檔時，他就用他的”大眼”雷達掃描店方圓 10公尺的動態，他說，老闆有交代，我們要敦親睦鄰。「吧檯」有時得很機伶兼公安。

( 他的眼睛大，嘴巴大，手大，奇怪，怎麼身高沒有等比例 ? )

你很難聯想，這樣爽朗寶氣的他來自單親家庭，跟媽媽住，弟弟跟爸爸住，偶而連絡，弟弟最近要洗腎，有點小傷感。

「你寫上去沒關係。」他還是笑著說。他不要苦瓜臉過生活。

問他，下班後都做些甚麼? 他說，因為值晚班，回家後都三更半夜了，洗完澡，跟朋友網上聊聊，再搜尋有沒有討論或介紹樂加的部落格，就睡了。

－－有點職業病喔，下班後還要在網路上幫樂加巡巡……。

「因為老闆心地太善良了，又很有修養，又真的很愛在餐點上想東想西，我總覺得這些盡心盡力，是我一直做不到，而我想要學習的。所以，只要我在樂加一天，我就要保護它，這是我對樂加的責任。」

( 事後，我跟老闆說，請拿掃箒把訪談桌下的雞皮疙瘩掃一掃，哈 )

我說，喔，樂加就是你家。

他很爽快回答，差不多。

在他心裡，把歡樂帶給大家，是他對樂加的定義。他希望每個客人能看到一張為他們快樂服務的臉，不僅吃到好吃的東西、享受舒適的環境、也有像家人般的服務人員溫暖的互動。

啊，真是一顆態度良好的葡萄。

他是「歐」，他是歐建良，他是樂加天兵第一號的服務人員。

下回，你在愛河邊看到單車的他，請一定要大聲地叫他”葡萄ㄟ”，如果，他不小心從單車上摔下來，相信我，他還是會很陽光燦爛忙著問你：「ㄏㄚˊ，你咁係樂加的人客……。」

“遇”到這首歌，有點被電到的感覺。其實本來已經放棄要為歐配歌了，就在薔蜜颱風剛剛離去的秋高氣爽天候中，我聽到這首充滿陽光之氣的歌，心臟蹦蹦跳地 Bingo！Bingo！是的，就是它，《Young Folks》– 歐的主題歌。

60年代巴洛克流行風、Power Pop、New Wave所混搭出復古的瑞典新搖滾樂，相當有幹勁的鼓聲、沙鈴、口哨的節奏開場，即刻渲染出青春洋溢的浮動不安，一種天真爛漫天不管地不管勇往直前的精神，彷彿，你就看到歐裂著大嘴傻笑著，叮叮咚咚在櫃台忙著，葡萄ㄟ，加油加油！

來自瑞典，三位對音樂有極高企圖心的年輕人Peter Bjorn And John，2006年所推出「Writer’s Block」專輯。2007年 MTV音樂獎最佳新人入圍；AMG四星半接近滿分評價。〈Young Folks〉為熱門影集「實習醫生」第三季選用配樂；知名設計師Marc Jacobs更欽點為走秀音樂。
